The Good Company LLC (“The Good Company”, “we”) runs thegoodcompany.me. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because our data use is light.
What we collect
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site — pages viewed, rough location, device and browser, and how you arrived. It is collected automatically via cookies and processed by Google on our behalf. We use it only in aggregate to improve the site. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.
When you contact us. If you book a call or get in touch, we collect what you give us — usually your name, email, organisation, and anything you tell us about your project — and use it only to respond, prepare for the conversation, and keep a record of enquiries. Call bookings are handled through Microsoft Bookings.
We do not collect payment details on this site, and we run no advertising or ad-tracking pixels.
Cookies
The site uses cookies set by Google Analytics for the analytics above, plus any strictly necessary cookies our platform needs to function. We use no advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser and the site will still work — analytics simply won’t count your visit. Given our Gulf-focused audience and limited, non-advertising analytics, we do not show a cookie banner; this page is the disclosure.
Who we share data with
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the providers that run the site and our analytics, acting on our instructions: Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Bookings), and Framer (hosting). They may process data outside the UAE under their own data-protection commitments.
Retention & your choices
Analytics data follows Google Analytics’ standard retention. Enquiry and booking details are kept only as long as needed to respond and hold a reasonable business record, then deleted on request. Email hello@thegoodcompany.me to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google’s browser opt-out add-on.

Governing law. Your use of this site is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
